Availability of Nylon 6 Sheet will often range from a minimum available thickness of 0.5mm up to around 120mm thickness.

Nylon 6 Sheet is manufactured in two specific production methods, these are namely extruding and casting.

Extruded Nylon 6 Sheet is manufactured in two widths, these are 1000mm wide and also 500mm wide. It is manufactured in a size ranging in thickness from 0.5mm up to 8mm. Because this type of Nylon 6 Sheet is extruded through roller dies, it is much more accurate in terms of thickness tolerance.

Cast Nylon Sheet is generally manufactured in 1000mm wide sheets and usually 2000mm long. It is also generally manufactured in size ranging in thickness from 8mm up to 120mm, although thicknesses over this type of Nylon 6 Sheet is cast poured into moulds the accuracy of the thickness in terms of tolerance is much greater although some manufacturers offer a planning/machining facility which is usually accurate to within plus or minus 0.25mm.
